(July 31, 2021, 9:23 am)I witness the individual being extremely patient and helpful to a customer that was ahead of me. Unfortunately, that did not translate fully over to me once it was my turn for assistance. He was able to get my rental in order but I had to insist he gets up for me to locate the vehicle as he just gave me the key and vocally express where I could find the vehicle. Customer service attention could definitely improve. Enterprise has got Hertz beat in this field, at least in this facility I went to rent out the vehicle.
