I visited this location first and after my experience I did not want to go anywhere else. Excellent customer service! I was having problems entering my unit. The last person that worked with me was not nice nor helpful. Dontrelle Milton was wonderful. He got me back on track. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I stayed with your company because of him.

This was my first time using a storage facility. Ryan was very helpful and even assisted me with getting my car into the storage unit. He definitely gets an A+ in customer service. The only thing I would recommend for the company as a whole is more space for longer cars to park. It was a struggle and without the employees help I would probably still be sitting there trying to park my SUV. All in all would definitely recommend this location to my friends/family and ask for Ryan!

Very polite and friendly person. I was asking for a copy of old invoices for my tax, this came right away and in a perfectly friendly manner. Will recommend Extra Space any time to friends. The same very good service applied to the whole range of my rental period, whatever needed and had to be discussed was more than satisfying. I simply love this company.

The time from walking in the front door to storing my items was faster than I thought it would be. The room size was perfect and affordable too. Extra space saved me a great deal of trouble and I highly recommend them.
