(October 20, 2017, 2:47 pm)I moved to Jacksonville sight unseen. I researched for about a year before moving and kept coming back to Pickwick Apartments. I was not disappointed!! I have a beautiful 2 bedroom rehabbed apartment that is a modern showplace!! The apartment construction is solid and quiet. I have yet to hear a peep from my neighbors through the walls. There is a neighborhood atmosphere that is relaxing and comfortable. I feel completely safe and at home. Very close to everything you need, but not too close to the "hustle and bustle" of San Jose Blvd. The apartment management is outstanding. Ms. Jennifer was friendly and helpful from my beginning inquiry to well after my move-in. Ms. Sherrie is professional and goes out of her way to ensure everything is to resident satisfaction. These two ladies are the driving force behind this home-like atmosphere. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to find a home.

(May 18, 2017, 11:40 pm)Absolutely love living here. Lived here as a teen, moved back as an adult. Now happily married with a teenager and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Our apartment is perfect size, the screened patio is beautiful and overlooks the lakes. We are located next to everything. Great parks, shopping, dining, etc. The office staff keeps us in the know with newsletters and maintainance is wonderful. You will always see them wandering around, fixing stuff as well as the groundskeeper beautifying everything. It is so clean and I love seeing the new plants and flowers, fresh mulch and a sparkling pool. It is also very quiet and lots of animal lovers in here too. The club house is updated and we look forward to gatherings for holiday parties. It seems that everyone is respectful and friendly. I love decorating my patio for holidays and making it pretty. I love the one level apartment, it feels more like a house. I don't think I will move anytime soon.We adore it here!

(March 22, 2017, 9:42 am)I love Pickwick Apartments. We have been here two years and don't ever want to leave. The management are an absolute joy to work with. The property is well taken care of, and if we ever have an issue with anything management are quick to get maintenance over to fix whatever issue we have had. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with, as long as you clean up your dog poop ;) It's refreshing living in a community where there is no loud music playing at 3 in the morning, wild children aren't running around unattended, and people actually smile and wave at each other. I would recommend Pickwick apartments to anyone.
