  If you are hesitating on joining this gym, don't. The workout is great, it doesn't take forever, and the staff is wonderful. The owner and trainer, Mark, is very friendly, professional, and kind. This makes 9 Round a great workout environment.

  I’ve been going to this 9 rounds since 2016. I absolutely love it. I love that it’s only 30 minutes and I don’t have to wait for a class to start. Mark (owner/trainer) is awesome. He’s always there to walk you through the exercises and show you how it’s done. He’ll even give you words of encouragement to keep you motivated!!

  9Roud Fitness is the best workout I have ever done. It's not only convenient, but an AMAZING workout! I've seen great results. The owner is very accommodating and ensures that everyone is reaching their maximum potential.

  I joined this gym as a true beginner a year and a half ago. I had only used cardio equipment in the past, best decision I’ve ever made for MYSELF. The owner Mark and his amazing staff are always present and guide you through each FULL body workout. No class times to wait around for and every workout is different. The 9ROUNDS franchise and owner took care of us through the pandemic making sure we had a new workout at home every day until we could get back in the gym, that meant a lot to me and says a lot for a company. Come on in, I promise you’ll love it!

  Just signed up to workout here. The owner is knowledgeable and fair. The membership is a good price with good hours. The trainers will help with form and instruction, and are easy to get along with. No drill sergeants here. The workouts are quick 30 minute sessions, but intense. I would highly recommend this to anyone not looking for the traditional gym with equipment experience where you have to plan your regimen and motivate yourself to stick to it. This is 9 separate stations of 3 minutes a piece, with an active rest in between each. Just come in, and go through the pre-assigned workouts that change daily.
