Doctors nice enough, but staff is horrible.
He is so good as a doctor that I have to give him a 5 but his staff gets a 1. My prescriptions are faxed over multiple times and not filled, my medical supply company sends multiple faxes and receives no responses. The staff does not bother to confirm appointments that are scheduled three months out.Editing a year later and the staff just continues to get worse. Now they have an answer machine that they seldom check for messages. I have appeared three times for an appointment and been told it was a different day. At first glance, I thought I had made an error but not so. I had to recently cancel an appointment and left a message on the machine and they are quick to call and accuse me of missing an appointment while in the hospital having a 3 hour surgery. It is beyond words how little this staff cares about this doctor. and how very rude they are to his patients.
Dr Chakravarty is great, but his nurse will not follow thru with ordering equipment. Makes me want a different doc.
Dr. Chakravarty saw me while I was hospitalized for my asthma... He explained several thing that were unknown to me at the time. Thankfully I have had no problems to date since my first visit with him over 2 years ago.
Dr Charkravary is very kind and thorough. I was very panicky on first visit, because I was afraid that I was in very bad shape,
but he calmed my fears, and took precious time with me, and I really appreciated him for that.
