  Dr Foss and his team literally saved my life. I have struggled with obesity since I was very young. This problem helped me understand what foods I need to avoid and what foods work best for my metabolism. I’m now down over 94lbs and have so much more energy from sleeping so well and no longer need a cpap machine at night. Thank you again for this amazing program and I am excited to hit the 100lb milestone by my next office visit!

  If you are looking for a diet plan without the hunger, this is one you should check out. It starts with a bio analysis which shows the nutrients you need to balance you out. This helped me control the cravings. I have been losing steadily for the past 5 weeks. I am pleased with the progress and sustaining weight loss in the future.

The staff is friendly and very professional and it is a "one on one: experience - not a group setting which an be intimidating for many people. The # 1 rule is not cheat - eat more veggies if hungry, but don't cheat - Plan your meals in advance and you will stay on track - I've lost 13+ pounds and very happy with my progress. GREAT place to loss the weight - with confidence and all the assistance you may need.

  Great program, I am so glad that I started it. I lost 33 pounds. Do to loosing so much weight I through away my depression and pain pills. I feel and look 10 years younger now.
