Jason knows what he is doing and I would not be where I am today without him. Nicole Carlucci is an amazing family law lawyer that you could ever have. Nicole is smart and will get the job done. (April 23, 2020, 10:03 am)Was wrongfully accused and after several consultations, I decided to hire The Law Offices of Jason Porter.
All other consultations told me to take a guilty plea but only after paying a $10k retainer.
After meeting with Jason and his team, they understood my situation, listened to my side of things, and after 7 grueling months, the prosecutor dropped all charges and I was exonerated.
Do your research. There are firms that will accept your retainer but not do much else. This isn’t the case with the Law Offices of Jason Porter.
Hands down, best group of attorneys I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. They are responsive, aren’t dismissive and work hard for the money invested in protecting your freedom.
If your considering hiring another firm, don’t do it until you’ve met with these guys. Jason Porter and Johnathan Thatcher, best defense attorneys in Jacksonville. They believed in me when our justice system didn’t. -

Instead, he was able to give me a figure of about what it would cost. He was an attorney with experience, and he is very personable.

(January 7, 2020, 2:59 pm)First and foremost everyone from staff to the attorneys are all great!! I first started with the firm in 2015 and due to my own circumstances I was unable to complete the needed court requirements in order to finalize my case. The amount I paid to retain an attorney was placed in a trust and they assured me it would be there until I completed my requirements. 4 years later they kept their word and finalized my case once I completed my needed court requirement. Everything was professional and in a timely fashion on their behalf. They also found a second issue that needed to be resolved and also completed that for me. Although I hope to never need their services again, if I do, I will definitely be giving them a call.
