Reading a lot of the reviews on here made me very nervous about my first visit, and I was already a nervous pregnant woman!! I have received nothing but kind and courteous interactions from all the staff and physicians here. I’ve been with multiple nurses, two ultrasound techs and two doctors, dr Villano and dr. Castillo. Everyone took their time with me, treated me compassionately, and gave me ample time to address all of my concerns and questions. While they do run behind, I appreciate that they do not rush through appointments, so it’s easy for me to be understandable regarding the occasional visit behind schedule. There are likely other parents out there who deserve equal time with their provider.

Lastly, I never felt pressured into any treatment—always given pros and cons and risks and benefits and able to come to a decision on my own. I feel like I was able to have informed consent at all times.

Our OB referred us here and after reading the reviews we were kind of terrified. I know people are often more inclined to write reviews if they've had a bad experience so I decided then that I'd write a review based on our experience regardless of how it went so here I am.

Long story short, this didn't seem like the same place the negative reviews here were describing, AT ALL. Our appointment was at 8:30 and my wife was taken back for her initial consult at 8:20. By 8:40 we were both in with the ultrasound tech, who was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Then we met the doctor who was great, even went out of his way to make sure he was pronouncing my wife's name right. We were done by 9:20.

Fast, friendly, professional service, from the front desk to the medical staff. Either they've made some major changes based on the feedback, or these complaints were isolated incidents. Either way, don't be nervous to go to here. It was actually a pleasure for us and we're excited for the follow up next month.

Overall great experience with this practice! There may be times that you have to wait for longer than usual but I’m sure I was cause for some delays. My appointments took more time than others.
Appreciate a salient evaluation and disposition.
