The Carlton at Bartram Park

I normally never write Google reviews about anything, but I absolutely love living here at the Carlton. The staff is always extremely nice, informative, and helpful when you reach out to them with any questions or concerns. The neighborhood is always kept clean; and the maintenance team is not only nice and professional, but they are also quick to respond to any issues you may have in your apartment. Thank you for providing such a beautiful and safe community!

I've lived here for the past year and absolutely loved it! My apartment faced the pond. It was very quiet and peaceful and the view was wonderful. There were a few frogs and ducks you might hear at night. I'm only moving away because my work is transferring me to Tampa. I don't want to leave. If I ever move back to Jacksonville I will definitely live here again. The staff are very organized and always have our safety in mind during this pandemic. They also had an amazing Christmas Party for the whole complex with good food, drinks, funny sweater contest, and cool beats to dance.

Great place to live!! I have been living at The Carlton at Bartram Park for 3 years. The office staff are absolutely fantastic, the maintenance crew are very responsive and super friendly and the property and facilities are just perfect. Great value in a very nice neighborhood.

If you can get past the snoody and entitled residents and their daily comments then you will love The Carlton apartments! I moved here about 3-4 months ago and the staff is always nice, very effective and quick to help and or reply to me with my concerns or questions. The complex is beautiful not sure if it’s because it’s pretty new still or the upkeep from the staff - either way! I love the amount of gates they have - never any hold up or lines! I love that they have a pool and fitness center for both phases and give you the option to utilize both. The Valet Trash - HEAVEN ON EARTH! Complex is just beautiful and the staff is great all in all! Glad I made the choice so far!

I would give the Carlton ten stars if I could! This complex is more like a vacation resort! I have called this place home for 18 months now, referred to by a former neighbor who has since moved to Wisconsin. The Carlton maintenance team is courteous, fast in resolving maintenance issues, and keeps the grounds here IMMACULATE. The leasing staff, namely executive director Sherry, Nicole, Joy, and especially Ally have all been AWESOME in keeping residents up to date on community events, Covid 19 cases in the complex, notifications, etc. They all try their absolute best in ensuring all resident's needs are met, residents are informed, issues are resolved, and are all professional and courteous! Thank you to ALL Carlton staff who contribute in making this a great place to call home!!!
