Our van has an autolock feature when the car is running and the key fob gets too far from the car. Our van auto locked, and would not open with the key fob, or the mechanical key. We called and informed Jax Locksmith that our vehicle was running, in the garage, and we were locked out. Gino arrived within 15 minutes of my call. He was very professional upon arrival and was up front about the cost, which was very affordable. He worked quickly while also taking great care to not damage the weather strip around the door. If/when I have lock trouble in the future, Jax Locksmith will be my first call.

Gino was extremely friendly and worked quickly, but also explained what he was doing. I was afraid it would take awhile to have someone come after getting locked out the house, however Gino answered quickly and was already in the area. You could tell he came immediately after finishing previous job. Up front about cost and the different scenarios. In the end he did a great job and would definitely call him again if I ever get locked out again.
