Edible Arrangements accidentally delivered my order a week before. I didn't even have time to notice before they called me and apologized. They offered to resend my order for free and add a free small gift to make up for the mistake. Little did I know they would add more food as well as a bouquet of flowers! Thank you again for making her day so special! Your customer service went above and beyond for me!

I ordered a strawberry platter for my mother for Mother’s Day to be delivered on Monday 5/11 (I didn’t want to pay the extra amount for delivery on Mother’s Day). I noticed it hasn’t been delivered around 6 pm. I called the store and there was a mix up with my order which resulted on it not being out for delivery. A man named Kevin worked with me and promised to get the strawberry platter out within 2 hours. After an hour and a half, I get a FaceTime from my mother showing the platter. This store added so many grapes and pineapple pieces and a cute balloon to go with it. That was so unexpected and just amazing. They didn’t have to do any of that but they went above and beyond!!! I know when it comes to holidays, they are super busy and can sometimes get backed up. But this type of service was just great. I wish I could get Kevin and his team more Recognition from this company because of how awesome and caring they are. Thank you guys for making not only my mother’s, but my day as well!!!
