Love this library, it’s great resource for students. I enjoy going here and getting schoolwork done.
I love studying here! I feel so accomplished when my study session is over. They provide a quiet safe space for me to get my work done and I appreciate it!
Perfect place to escape reality ftom the real world. My only two issues are the fact that the first floor is ALWAYS FREEZING COLD 🥶🥶🥶 and the vending machines are filled with toxic snacks and drinks that will surely poison your body, tar your insides and will lead to all kinds of health problems if you eat and drink this junk regularly, so please bring your own nutritious food and drinks.
Please turn the termperature up or turn the AC off.. or add cozy lounge couches on the upper level as well.
Otherwise, thanks for never harrassing anyone and thanks for staying open late. 👍🏿👍🏿
The hours are subject to the University so check the website first. You will also need to go there to reserve a room. The floors are for different purposes and there are signs when you walk in. It can be packed on the second floors but they have all the public use computers. If you stop by the desk you can use your student ID to check out a laptop. The 3rd and 4th floors are the quiet ones and they have study sections throughout and even between the shelves.
Great place, just know what you’re looking for when you arrive! This can be accomplished by asking the front desk, or by simply heading towards the elevators and taking a look at the bulldog guide near them. The staff are great, kind, and patient people. They will do all in they’re power to help you. Visitors, anyone not a student at the university, can still enter the library and use any resources that are not checked out behind the desk. Basically all desktop computers, the study rooms if no students are currently occupying them, and the books can be checked out with a “special borrowers card” which is $50 annually and must be paid for in-person at the front desk. It’s also a calm place o just hangout in, I liked to head up to the third floor and lay on the, what i call, “window benches” near the study rooms and just read a book.
