OUR experience at Coggin Ford was first rate from the time we walked in until the time we drove our new Ford Ranger home. Sebastian Hancock our sales representative was great and I highly recommend him if you're interested in buying a new car. He has checked up on us numerous times to make sure we were happy and if we had any questions. If you do have any interest in purchasing a Ford vehicle we don't think there's a better dealership in town.
Our salesman was Clint. I cannot say enough nice things about him. I’ve been to dealerships where you kind of feel like just a number but Clint treated us like people. We spent a while with him and he got to know us and our circumstances so that he could best help us. He really took time to understand what we needed and at the same time did behind the scenes work to get things moving fast. He’s a multi tasking expert and his customer service was THE best I’ve ever had at a dealership. Dealing with Clint is one of the reasons we decided to go ahead and purchase. He made the whole process so easy and informative at the same time. Try to ask for him if you go in! His GM Dave and Rob who helped us with finance made sure everything went smoothly for the paperwork and trade in. Rob went above and beyond for us and did the absolute best he could for us financially. We are so impressed with this team I could write like two pages lol. We will keep going back to Coggin Ford for our next purchase, hopefully a truck for the hubby!
*Update* - Since my first review when I moved to Jacksonville about 8 years ago, I still go to this Ford dealership because of the great service. I even purchased a car from them in 2016. From the sales team to the service department these guys have taken great care of me over the years. Special thanks to my service advisor, Ken Thompson, for always being so attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I never have to second guess him because he's always honest and upfront with me. I appreciate him.
Older post - The first time I came into this Ford dealership was for a recall. I had no idea how great these guys would be. Mike Matthews is the epitome of customer service! From our first conversation he made me feel like I was talking with family. He was a great listener, very informative and he checked on me routinely while my vehicle was being serviced. Though the service took a little while to complete, his friendliness made up for that wait and I'll always come back because of it.
