Tom Bush Mazda Service

I went in originally for just an oil change and tire rotation, but ended up getting my brakes replaced. Everyone there was incredibly kind and professional; they all treated me fairly and answered every question I had with accuracy. I did not feel discriminated against for being a young woman; as is something I was prepared to face. While I spent a lot more money than I originally intended, I got the work I needed done on my car, which is now driving smoothly without complications. They explained and showed in a video everything that they did and what the price would be, as well as how long it would take. I live two cities south of Jacksonville, and I think I would make the drive up there again for that service.

Excellent service. Inspection video was detailed and informative. Also very informative about using Android Auto technology. More than courteous. Very friendly, efficient and at a very good price. Could not be more satisfied and pleased. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

They did a wonderful job installing Car Play. They also did a nice job at inspecting my car with a video to show me that my belts I needed to replace urgently. While one does not go in expecting to pay more for repairs, I’ll take honesty and transparency more than anything else. They also had a shuttle to get me to work while they fixed my car. It was very easy and I would recommend.

This was the best customer service we have ever had! Sandy West was our assigned team member, and she kept us informed about the status of my car during each step of the repair work/inspections. She answered text promptly when I had a question, and they were able to have my car back to me earlier than we thought. If you need repair work done on your car, Tom Bush Mazda is definitely the pace to go in Jacksonville!
