We have lived here for almost 2 years, and we LOVE IT! The staff here has made our lives so easy, all maintenance is done in 24 hours. Today we had a project, the maintenance team came to our rescue!

Outstanding experience with the Bordeaux front staff and maintenance support team. I’ve been with Bordeaux for three years and enjoy working with the front staff that answer all my questions and review documents on the leases. Big kudos to Ricky at the front office for explaining and clarifying my lease renewal details.

Also, Oscar and the maintenance team for being supremely prompt and professional on subtle requests from an inoperable microwave knob to replacing a leaky faucet.

Excellent experience so far! Tremaine was CLUTCH in helping me tour multiple properties and then lease with Bordeaux 24 hours after starting the process. Clean community, very family-centric, super quiet. 5/5 so far!

I've lived at Bordeaux for almost 2 years now and I love every part of it- the community is in a great location with quick access to the freeway, the floor plans are generously spacious, and the amenities make you feel like you live at a resort. Most of all, the staff is incredible. Zana, Codi, Pedro and the entire crew are always there to help with anything you need. I highly recommend this community if you're looking for a gated & safe location, a neighborhood-like setting, and incredible views of Newport & Irvine. I plan on living here for many more years!
