Let me start off by saying "This is my favorite churches"! Now having said that it really bothers me to give this review. I still rate you a 5 star simply because that's what the folks here normally are!!! Normally ANYTIME I come to churches they folks are VERY FRIENDLY YET PROFESSIONAL!!! Heck I feel like I've known them forever!😊 Tonight however the service was horrible. I stood at the counter for at the very least 10 minutes. Made eye contact with three of the employees there. At no time did any one assist me. If they were backed up or was having some problems in the back it would have awesome if they had said something like "ma'am we will be with you momentarily." Instead they were talking amongst themselves and completely ignoring me. As a customer service provider for more than 20 yrs. I am not one to believe " the customer is always right" but the customer is always a customer and we should give them the courteous service that they would want if they were on the other side of the counter. The young women in Churches did not represent your restaurant in a positive light tonight. What ever job you do give the best of yourself in doing that job! Take pride in what you do, if not...do something else!! Maybe a reminder to them would help. Blessings!
