Great staff! They take their time to help you make an informed decision. Very upfront with the current supply situation, Craig is glad to order a bike for you, but with everything on backorder, has no idea when it will be available, but will call as soon as it comes in and can be built
The owner Craig of our Oakleaf store is absolutely phenomenal. He cares for my son Joshua like his own. The knowledge he has is incredible. The kind support he gives is way above the mark. I love this place! I had to get my wife’s bike fixed during the quarantine so we could get our four kids outside to burn off some energy. Everyone in the store was incredibly friendly and helpful, and also mindful of sanitation and distancing.
They had to order parts for the bike and there was a slight delay in shipping times, so Craig stayed after hours and worked on it when the parts came in so that it would be ready for pickup first thing the next morning.
Service was excellent, and the cost was reasonable, so I will definitely go back to this location. Thanks guys!
