Juan is a true professional. He is also an excellent craftsman. We bought a condo that definitely needed some paint…it also had some crown molding with gaps (which he filled and painted), outdated colors, and faded trim. He painted the doors and walls (with vaulted ceilings) of our dining, living, master bed and bathroom. He did such a great job, we asked him to do some additional tile work and a shiplap wall feature in our kitchen. It is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend him to do your work.
We have a cat and dog and we both work full time. We gave him a code to access our home and never had to worry. He loves pets!

Juan came on a Sunday afternoon after we had a headache trying to install LVP on our own. From the moment he walked in he was kind, courteous and very professional - walked us through what we were doing wrong, what we needed to purchase for the job etc. He was very aggressive with the pricing and immediately set us in a peaceful state of mind for the job. Unfortunately, pulling up the carpet lead to some foundation issues - Juan was willing to hold on to a small piece of the deposit and worked with us diligently and extremely kindly to set us up for the install (and hopefully downstairs painting!) coming up. If I could do 10 stars I'd do it!

Mr. Sanders painted and put baseboards in my 3 bedroom mobile home. His rates are reasonable and he has a wide range of colors to choose from. I can tell that he loves his job and takes his time to make sure the job is done right and in a timely manner.
