Well, was happy about the easy set up of the unit, but I have visited twice and my gate code still does not work. Customer service people took care of my situation promptly.
I was at my unit the night of a pretty bad storm and I was locked in the complex.... again customer services was prompt on rectifying the situation.
The Irwin location at bridge street does have large pot holes that are in need of repair.

For the most part my experience was good, but you really should have taken care of the trash problem that occurred this past summer much quicker than you did. I understand that some tenants are jerks and don't care how they treat other people's property, but there was no reason to leave the mess there as long as you did.

I found this place on Facebook Market place. When I arrived at the lot to look at the vehicle, I was bit sceptical because it doesn't look like much of a business. But do NOT judge a book by it's cover. After meeting with Frank Wang the salesman, I found him to be a honest man. I felt he answered all my questions about the car truthfully. As a woman I find it hard to buy from a buy here pay here business. Mainly because a lot of salesmen I've dealt with in the past have tried to bull**** me. I did not feel this way at this place. I find the prices are very reasonable for cash cars. The vehicles are also very clean and nice. I will tell any woman looking for a car to buy to check this place out first. This is a new business so once again I will say do NOT judge a book by it's cover.
