  I originally went to the Chapel Hill Store(Matt was great) but they did not have my size. I drove down to the Cary store and Ryan was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when making choices. Left with a Trek FX2 this afternoon, had a great afternoon ride, and I couldn’t been happier! Thanks again for all the help!

  Great people in the sales and service departments. The sales team made the perfect recommendations about the ideal bike and accessories for my riding activity. I am very happy with my Dual Sport 3 bike. I will definitely go back to this store for all my cycling needs.

  Excellent friendly service. Talked me through all my needs in detail as well as recommendations. Completed on time and even applied a coupon I wasn’t aware of.

  Was greeted as soon as I entered store, the gentleman taking care of me was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is my typical experience at this store. Love shopping here

  Recently purchased a Trek Electra Townie Path 9D stepthru & love it. Matt took his time to help me get set up, explaining all components & how to adjust, etc. He recommended some accessories which I really like on my bike👍🏻.
  His Customer Service was excellent.
  I went back this week for a bike rack installation & everyone in the store was very helpful & friendly.
  I highly recommend this company & this particular store location to everyone.

  TT is amazing... I came in with an attitude because I had been on hold for so long on the phone and I was irritated but she handled it so professionally and pleasantly... she is awesome!

  Our server Angel made my sister's birthday completely amazing by being so fun! Thank you so much. We'll remember our experience forever. Food was awesome too.
