Yoga Den | Southside

After trying to find many yoga studios that fit my practice needs, this is hands down the one. Week after week I am amazed at this studio and their wonderful instructors. So happy to have found my yogi home!
This practice is amazing and everyone should give it a try! 5/5 stars every time.

Such a warm and inviting place to practice. The owner Connor and his staff are amazing and talented. I leave each practice feeling revived and at peace. I definitely recommend whether you are a beginner or an expert yogi!

I love the serene atmosphere, the door open to the outside in the back makes you feel close to nature. The teachers are outstanding, welcoming and kind. Lovely community. ?

The studio has a great energy. All the instructors are brilliant no matter which class you take, there is no judgment and you feel comfortable. It doesn’t matter your level from beginner to seasoned yogi, all are welcomed the same at Yoga Den Southside. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a new studio or wanting to try yoga for the first time. It doesn’t hurt that your first class is free, so there are no excuses to stop in a give it a shot.
