I described the problem to Glen (service mgr), and he scheduled for my car to be checked later that day. Upon my arrival, Glen took my car for a quick test drive. Once Glen returned, he showed and explained to me the problems (there were actually 2 issues). The repairs were made quickly at a fair, reasonable price, and I was soon on my way. “Called to have my headlight repaired and was able to get a same day appointment. My service advisor, Ora, greeted me and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Ora also kept me updated on the service of my vehicle. The waiting area was very clean and large enough for the few of us waiting to social distance. Snacks and drinks were also available in the waiting area. I was also pleased that my vehicle was vacuumed and washed. Fields Cadillac will be my go to place for all my Cadillac needs.”

“At long last Bill can give his review on the outside restoration of his 87 MC SS. If you are thinking of doing a restoration know it takes time and $$$. If you're looking for a company to do the outside work then Shapells should be your choice. Dropped the car off December 15, 2019 and picked ot up today 2 months later and she is BEAUTIFUL!! The Black paint is so clean, clear and deep that it takes your breath away. Dan who did the body work told us he takes each job like it's his own and it shows. Everything you look at is showroom new car finish. All the decals were a perfect application as were all the seals. The Monty had some rust and Dan addressed every single area. We are now advancing to step 2 with Sergeant doing the interior then back to Shapell's for the dashboard replacement and then the show final sand and buff. Now if you're looking for a fancy shop...this is not your place BUT if you're looking for quality work at a fair price this must be your place. Also high marks go to the office staff and Dawn who takes care of all the paperwork, calls and e-mails building a positive caring customer vendor relationship. Hope you enjoy the pictures.”
