“I had a great experience here. Dr. O’Connell has a wonderful bedside manner, was extremely thorough, and put me at ease during a short procedure. There is a great energy in the office as a whole. I do not love the “call back” system for making an appointment. If you miss the call the following day, you have to start all over again. I had to stay glued to my phone so I did not have to repeat this process over and over. It did not take away from the 5 stars though and is simply something I wish they would change.”

“Out of all the pediatricians we could have chosen for our baby, we chose the best! Dr Miles took the time to know us before we decided to become her patient, she did home visits for the first month or our baby’s life so we wouldn’t have to drive our newborn around in the middle of a pandemic, and has accommodated our lifestyle and vaccination schedule preferences without a problem. She has answered all of our texts with even the most basic questions, which as new parents and trying to figure out how baby’s “work” has been golden! She even called us back on a Sundays for a true emergency. She treats our baby holistically not only monitoring her physical development but also her cognitive, behavioral and emotional development. Dr Sant has backed her up when out of town, and has the same gentle and knowledgeable approach. We are so lucky to have found Thrivewell!!”

“The staff was very helpful when we suddenly had a tight turn around for cardiology clearance for my Mom's surgery. Even with a hurricane approaching, they made sure all of the appointments needed for clearance happened swiftly. The staff was also very courteous. I find this almost more important than the doctor because you talk to the staff more. The doctor and PA were thorough in their assessment of my Mom.”

“My hair looked and felt great when I was done! These photos are from the next day. I was still feeling myself so I dressed up 👗 My hair stylist 💈 cut it the perfect length. Overall had a really nice experience. My fiance got his hair cut as well and he was happy with it. We paid $44 for two cuts, including a wash for me. Could have been a little less expensive but we are happy with what we got, and there was no wait, and online scheduling, which was nice.”
