“The first thing I see is the up-front Mgr. Jackie. She is always smiling and never has a bad day. Also she and Tatiana always give me the appointments I need at the times I need them. Brian my physical therapist is the best. He always knows what to do next and explains things so well. He's the main reason I'm doing better. Amy Jo my Occ. therapist is great also. It starts with Matt the mgr. at Mandarin. He always manages to get the best and strongest workers. I don't know how he does it but he always finds very strong workers with a great work ethic. I really appreciate all the employees. In closing I have to say a special thanks to the people of the payment assistance program, because of them I'm able to come to Brooks to get the help I need. I'm grateful for them. I love my Mandarin location and go way, way, out of my way to recommend them to everyone I know and some I don't know. They are that good, and should be commended for job well done.”

“This is the nicest, most cost-efficient storage facility we have ever used. I understand the building is much newer than some others; regardless, it is kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. Steve and Janet were always very friendly and helpful. Our belongings, which were shipped by POD from California, were moved into one of their units for over a year. They were very accommodating allowing the POD to be parked there overnight as well as the U-Haul truck when we departed. All items were safe, and nothing was damaged. They have plenty of parking space. We felt comfortable knowing our stuff was safe and secure, with their use of unique codes along with the layout and the 24-hour access was the first we had experienced which was very convenient. We have rented with several storage facilities in the past but this one by far was the best one overall - especially the hardworking managers. We love it when people take pride in doing their job. These guys are the best! Highly recommend this facility to anyone who has to place their possessions in storage.”

“We moved my Mom into the assisted living at Benton House at Oakleaf in July of 2018 where she is safe, compassionately cared for and loved. I was amazed at how well she adjusted after a little time and finally became a part of the community. A few days before Covid virus shut everything down, we moved her into the memory care unit at the same location. What a blessing that was because her dementia is progressing and she needs that extra care and help. There are wonderful people working at Benton House....from the front desk, to the administrator, the nurses, to all of the staff that provide room care, clothes washing, and custodial service, as well as the serving staff and chefs in the kitchen! It just touches my heart that they know what my Mom loves to eat and wear. They will even take time to dance with her when the mood hits! They know her by name and accept her hugs readily. There is one special lady in the memory care unit~ Miss Barbara~ who I feel goes above and beyond for my Mom while I cannot be there. I know she loves all of the residents as well. That means the world to me and I will never forget her kindness and the FaceTime calls she makes so I can "visit" with Momma! Benton House at Oakleaf has worked so hard to maintain a strict, healthy and clean program and I'm so thankful for their efforts! Sincerely, Karen Mihalik”
