I was pleasantly surprised with the end result. The coating made the finish look even better. The paint looks deeper. It has a beautiful sheen but not glossy at all. And I gave each company a year before cancelling service. The guy who came out sell me the service was awesome and knew what he was talking about. I think he name was Al? But after a few months my grass is greener and the dead spots are almost gone. We even had our sprinklers looked at through two different companies before switching to PestBear because we thought that's why the grass was getting worse and worse when we were using the previous company.
