Margaritaville Beach Hotel

Super clean, excellent customer service, Annie & Tyler went out of their way to show their exuberance in making cocktails & hospitality. I asked for a specialty cocktail & Tyler the first to come up with a creative super delicious cocktail & remembered which drink I had the last time I was here, Annie wen tour of her way to make sure that I was always taken care of. McKenzie was very knowledgeable of all of the operations of the restaurant. I can't wait to come back here, this is my new favorite place 10/10!!

Amazing! I try to pick a different hotel on a coast in Florida to explore once a month and this time I picked Margaritaville Beach Hotel due to availability and price (considering Spring Break is this month) and I must say, I was not disappointed. The courteous valet guys started my arrival with a smile and I made my way to the secondary floor lobby where I met Adam, the front desk manager. Adam was made for this job! I don't know what "it" factor he has, but Margaritaville, you have a winner with him leading. The women at the front desk continued the flow of smiles and sunshine! The fun part...!!... I entered the brand new room with this coastal escape written all over it. The rooms are gorgeous and decorated accordingly with the beach theme. I booked ocean view, not ocean front, which wasn't a big deal to me because I could stand on the balcony and see the water but honestly, you wont spend much time in the room because you will want to be on the white sand beaches or sitting at Margaritaville sipping some beverages. There was good food and vibes surrounding us the whole time. We explored the shops and restaurant. I kept leaving stuff in our truck and had to get Valet to bring it around several times for me to just look for something and not one time did they make me feel like I inconvenienced them. All the Valet staff were nice and Cody went out of his way to help me get something from the truck and just made my night easier! Kudos to upper management for picking the right people to run this show. I never stay at the same hotel 2x in a year but I'm actually going back this week to stay again because I loved it so much! Maybe this time I won't lose my phone on the beach and I will be able to post pictures!!

I am *blown* away at how courteous and professional the staff is here. I was assisted by Adam, the manager at the front desk. He went WAY above and beyond in showing excellent customer service. I was a passerby on a long road trip, and was looking for some much needed coffee. Though I wasn't even a guest of the hotel, Adam prioritized even a tumbleweed like myself, and took great care of me!! I have mentally added this hotel for my next vacation solely because of Adam. Btw- gorgeous ocean views, clean and relaxed interiors. Thanks so much for taking excellent care of all of your guests!!!

The staff at the place is AMAZING!! EVERY STAFF was friendly, helpful and polite. The manager (ADAM P.) has a GREAT personality and he'll make you feel right at home!! He goes above and beyond to make your stay is a great experience. Lisa L. was also AMAZING and HELPFUL and always smiling!! Oh and the restaurant has and AWESOME vibe!! The staff in there are very energetic and polite, our waiter was Garrett he was the BEST we had!! Definitely going back soon!!!💯❤️
