Broadstone Beach House

Amazing move in experience. Placed a few maintenance request and was followed up and completed within 12 hours, impressive.

I’ve been living at The Beach House for about 6 years now and love my little beach home. Close to beach, great for biking, and many close by restaurants. Beach Marina almost right across street which is a great place to watch the sun go down over the water with the most amazing sunsets.

This place is walking distance or a short bike ride to grocery stores, the beach, so many restaurants! Great value for the location and amenities! So happy on my decision to move here!

I've been here 3yrs & it's an absolute joy. It was formerly 'The Broadstone' before the Bell Apartment living company took over and now it's EVEN better. As soon as they transitioned, all the apartment buildings were being painted and the pool went from chlorine to saltwater! It is a gated community, but residents (or friends of residents) continue to run into them taking both sides (there are two ways into the community) down. Residents complain about taking a long time to get them fixed, but it's just like going through your homeowner's insurance - these things take time and have to go through the proper channels! Quick fix? Simple! How about people stop running into them. They offer FREE beach bike rentals (with a basket) and the maintenance turn around is AMAZING. They also installed two hammocks in the center of the complex for our enjoyment. I'm talking most same day fix! I only gave 4 stars for the noise only because we've had the unfortunate luck of having two separate noisy upstairs neighbors. :( but overall, the complex itself is fairly quiet. The company is always checking the fire extinguishers, the fire sprinklers, and the smoke alarms. I've seen residents complain of how "dirty" the grounds get in reference to dog poop or scattered trash. There are poop stations with bags supplied for this reason, but some people just don't care and it ruins it for the other residents. I've had on several occasions, scattered trash around my door, hallway area, and I just pick it up and throw it away. The people who work at these apartments cannot control the slobs 24/7. They work tirelessly to make this place look wonderful. You can find landscapers planting new plants, bushes, etc. There is always plenty enough parking for residents and their friends/family. If you want home decor inspiration, just hop on over to the clubhouse/leasing office!!!! Swoon. I don't remember any other apartment complex trying to get residents together as they do here with their resident nights (i.e., trivia night, food trucks, poolside movies, etc. My favorite has been a resident appreciation nights where food and drinks were provided and we played bingo at the chance to win prizes (which I did!) Cute little EOS lip balms with The Beach House logos, sunglasses with their logos on the side and travel coffee mugs. A lot of residents have dogs and so it's nice to bump into them if you're walking your own dog(s) or walking to or from your car. Because we're all strangers, right? Everyone at the leasing office is amazing and will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Communication is a big one for this place. If you're signed up for their e-mails, you get e-mails and they always leave notes in your door for upcoming inspections, etc. They try their hardest to get the resident's their packages that are dropped off at the office. Again, it isn't a perfect system, but what system is. Shout out to my ID channel loving girl Tiffany!!!

I truly believe that any apartment complex needs residents and the leasing office to work side by side to achieve the best outcome!

I'm sure (if I can remember), apartment websites, etc tell potential residents that we are pretty much off the beaten path (which is amazing) and the Beache's police station is just a stone's throw away from us. You esstientally can walk to Publix, which is down the street, all the way to the beach and the resturants, etc over there. My mom and I do it ALL the time. The Post Office, The Dollar Tree and Bailey's Gym (and more), are in the shopping complex we're behind (not right behind, behind HAHA)

Simply put, this really is an awesome place to live!

As of today (May 2017), this community is fabulous. Bell Partners are the new managers and they run a tight ship. I can't say enough good things about the leasing and maintenance staff. The pool is great, too.
