“I switched from Verizon to metro and I love it! The service is amazing and my bill is way less ($200 to be exact). I still have an all unlimited and the service is great, even for out of state travel. I can’t believe how far metro has come! I had the manager Nina help me and she was knowledgeable, well presented, empathetic, positive, and all around Good Vibes. She made me feel at ease with my phone transition. It was quick and painless. Unlike some phone companies that take hours to transition a line or start service. Nina definitely was efficient and helpful in this process and I was out of the store in no time with my phone service. Side Note: You could also tell she cared about her teams safety and well being in the store with its safety measures. Which is why I would recommend this location! I work in healthcare and it’s important that we still use precautions everywhere we go for the pandemic. I would recommend metro hands down! If you happen to get helped by Nina she’s a goddess who knows what she’s doing!!! :) 10/10 would recommend this specific location for manager alone!”
