My sister goes to this studio, and because of COVID we haven't seen as much of her as we would like... of course now that she is an active member of this studio there isn't as much of her as there was before. All the credit goes to the classes and staff here at ABSolute Bliss Studio! I got to meet several of the staff here, the two Jen's and of course Dena! They are fantastic!! I can see why this studio is in such high demand, and a local gem! During my next trip down, I already have my vacation planned around taking a few classes here again! I highly recommend that anyone who is staying a week or a year in Apollo Beach get in classes here. You will feel even better (like I did) going home from Vacation and feeling great about the personal training I got here! Thanks again - see you soon!

Very happy to be part of this studio family :) Dena, the owner is ridiculously sweet! I have taken hot yoga, hot barre, room temperature barre, and abs focused workout. Every one of them makes you sweat and combined with my diet I am able to see results! I get a boost of energy and I feel motivated/happy after each work out. Big thank you to all of the ladies who are super welcoming and to all of the instructors for being attentive and friendly!

I have found my new home away from home! Love this studio! Dena, the owner is not only an awesome instructor but an amazing massage therapist. I took one of Toni’s yoga classes the other day and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and reboot.

Ansolute Bliss has changed my life. I was suffering with low back pain from years of nursing. The studio is amazing, professional, and friendly. I take the strength classes and yoga. The instructors have over 20 years experience with specialty training. It is like walking into your families house with beautiful smiles and kindness. Very positive vibes and energy. I love this place it is such a good place to release the tension of the day. ❤️

The owner, Dena, is extremely knowledgeable and well trained, as are all the instructors and truly committed to providing members with a safe and healthy experience to achieve their fitness goals.
