(June 9, 2020, 4:46 pm)We have been using East Bay IT for too many years to count. We are a small business and had bought numerous computer systems from them. Pricing has always been fair. We will continue to upgrade computers as needed through East Bay IT.
They monitor all of our computers for daily backup, software updates and virus protection. There service has been outstanding. Cost of this service is fair and a good value for the service provided.
Finally, Rich and his team have always been there for us when we have a question or issue with a computer. I would highly recommend East Bay IT to anyone. -

I had a lot of issues with my desktop and I brought it to them and there were a lot of Hoops for them the jumped through to get it working properly. They were great the whole time through the pricing for the work I got was very reasonable. I would recommend anyone who has trouble with their PC to bring it to them.
