They were honest and compassionate. We laughed and I was impressed with how Courtney handled a difficult customer. Dr. Koplo is so personable. Also Haley was so inviting. Sending my son there. Wonderful experience.

(September 10, 2022, 1:10 pm)I had a great experience. Erin was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave me an honest opinion on my choice of frames and didn’t try to “upsell” on extras. The exam was thorough and I was in and out in a timely manner. I’ve been a patient here for 3 years and although I’ve had some wait times they were never unreasonable. Honestly I think appointment times, like at most drs, makes a difference.
