If I could give 6 stars I would. I close with Karen and Savvy title as exclusively as I can as a Real Estate Broker, and also for my personal residence. I’ve had the experience of working with maybe 100 or more different title companies and closing agents in the Tampa area. Many are good, and if there are no hiccups along the way, the experience will mostly be the same. However, if there are any issues, bumps, or road blocks, I assure you there is no one more competent, reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated than Karen and her team. I’ve not seen any title company or closing agent with the skill (or motivation) to remedy permit & lien issues, or walk a lender/underwriter through there own mistakes and still get to closing on time. One time they completed a closing for me with a contract period of 5 days with a major holiday in between. I’ll say it again, if I could give 6 stars I would.

Initially had one star b/c of responsiveness but change it to 5 stars. Karen. Called me and let me know that the day I came by the office was closed for Good Friday. I more than appreciate the call to let me know why I did not hear from anyone on that day.

Very professional. They are responsive and easy to get a hold of when needed. They made closing a (relatively) quick & painless experience.
