We lost power to a portion of the house after pest control work was done, we could not figure out why the breaker would not reset. We called and John sent out a tech in just over an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem (broken ground wire in an outlet), repaired it, and then tested all circuits to ensure the problem was solved. I worked for this company years ago John is a very honest and reliable person. I remember we did a job for a veteran and we didn't charge him a penny he just said thank you for your service and left. That says a lot about the person he is.
