Great experience . Dr. John was great, very easy going. It took less than 10 minutes and virtually painless. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. I was in and out in 30 minutes, Dr. Curington was top-notch. They took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions before and after the procedure. Doctor called personally the day after to check in and make sure everything was good.

Cowards, scaredy cats, and Iatrophobics- lend me your ea… erm, eyes!

First and foremost- this was the best medical experience I have ever had HANDS DOWN!

I have had quite a few surgeries in the past (bone infection… was a bummer), and have been through many medical practices, but who would have thought that a urologist practice where (what seems to be) the most cringeworthy procedure ever would be my favorite.

From that first call to the office to make the appointment all the way through post op, I am still impressed and amazed with this practice. They go above and beyond and truly care about their patients.

A few highlights for those that are just as phobic as I was-

- Read the website! ALL information is on the site and you must read it to make the appointment (I recommend more than once to digest all the wonderful info that is posted). Lots on stuff to absorb and think about before making the appointment.
- When making the appointment have all info handy for the deposit and insurance info!
- Cowards tip! I chose an early morning appointment so I didn’t have much time to think about it the day of- highly recommend, but the downside was (or wasn’t, depends on how to look at it) I sat on the couch for the rest of the day.
- Note about payment that may not apply to all- I had to pay the full amount. I did so on my flex card. Since I have insurance, and it was covered, I received my payment back on the card as a refund. It took ~ four weeks to process.
- Follow the staff directions! You’ll have to do some grooming beforehand… but nothing extreme.
- Arrive early, but not to early (there could be a danger window where you end up spending time in the parking lot contemplating your choices).
- Once you enter the office, it goes surprisingly quick (which I think is purposeful and amazing). Quick bit of paperwork, payment, you’re given a fancy undergarment, and then walked back.

Okay, the above is the basics, but this is when the real magic happened. Dr. Stein performed my procedure and he is the kindest, most professional doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting (I guarantee the other doctor is just as wonderful- saw him briefly in the lobby and he to, was warm and kind). Dr. Stein explains what is happening the entire time, ensures you are comfortable, and chatted with me every second of the procedure which was comforting and probably kept me from passing out.

There are no needles. A quick puff of air numbs the area- which is what you build up as being painful in your mind- but I didn’t feel that or anything really during the entire procedure. My mind was starting to wander, but again, the doc kept engaging in conversation like we have been friends for years. The whole thing was over in seven minutes (shorter than Layla…haha).

Towards the end, Dr. Stein gave me some instructions for post op, and had me sit in the worlds comfiest chair for ten minutes or so to ensure I was able to drive myself. You’ll also get a copy of the instructions, a kit to mail a sample back later, and a lollipop for being well behaved.

+DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE FOR THE REST OF THE DAY+ I was sore, did nothing, but the next day I was able to walk around and do minor activities and light lifting. Listen you your body!

What shocked me once more was the phone call I received the next day (Saturday), from the doctor checking in and seeing if I had any issues of questions. Super thoughtful!

Again, I am very grateful to everyone at this practice for the best medical procedure I have ever had. Two thumbs up!

Couldn't rate the service high enough. Extremely professional throughout the entire process. They provide plenty of information before the procedure, and when you show up for your appointment, you're in and out in 30 mins with no pain. If you have any fear or anxiousness about the procedure, you should head here because it was simple, quick, and painless.

We had heard such great things about Gio and called him to clean our ducts prior to having a new washer and dryer installed. He showed up very promptly, but we discovered that the roof vent to use was permanently attached and would need to be modified. We decided to approach our problem a different way. That being said, he never charged us for the visit, and for that reason alone I would recommend him. Truly an honest guy that believes in only charging for service provided.
