We had three bedrooms and a couch that needed some desperate attention. I read and trusted in the positive reviews and am so glad that I did. My wife also asked them to do our grout in the kitchen once they were there. Our tile now looks nearly new and our aged carpets are nearly spotless. Highly recommend and will use them again and again. Almost went with stanley steamer but took the risk. So glad that I did. The prices are very affordable and the outcomes are spectacular and far better than I had hoped.

For the past 3 years, since we purchase our home, I've had Michael with Family Time Cleaning come out about once a year. He brings our very old beige carpet and white tile back to life every time. I always feel confident in the products he uses, that they are safe for my pets and young kids. This week Michael and James squeezed me into their schedule to address my cats' smelly territory disputes. They always do a walk through to check for my approval at the end and I'm honest, you have to be. They gladly go back over spots if needed, since it's a family company they really care about their customers being happy when they leave or even coming back if needed. Michael is honest about the likelihood of stains coming out or not ahead of time during the initial walk through (amazingly the purple nail polish came out).
Michael and James are both polite and considerate. They wore masks in my home the whole time and outside practiced social distancing.
Their pricing was the best three years ago which is why I hired them initially, very reasonable, I continue to call them out because they do a nice job and are nice people, they have great customer service. I feel comfortable having them work in my home. Till next time, thanks Michael and James!
