The Austin House by Sweetwater Manor

  The Austin House is a wonderful place for a family member with dementia. The staff treats my husband like family. They care about the residents and show them such compassion and love. The home is lovely and is always clean and neat. The owners also care about the residents and their well being. I have been so happy since placing my husband in their care. I know he is being care for by loving staff. It is truly a wonderful place.

  My mother lived at Austin House for almost eight years. She was always immaculately clean, well dressed and perfectly cared for. No matter what time of day I would come by I would find her being lovingly spoken to. The girls who took care of her knew all her favorite foods, what time to have her coffee, where she likes to sit and what activities she enjoyed. My family from out of state always told us what a gem we found in Austin House. I would and have highly recommended this ALF to anyone who wants the best possible care for their loved one.

  I just went by the house to show a friend that’s looking for a place for her mother. I highly recommend the Austin house because both of my parents lived here 3 years ago. The girls are so sweet and u see they care for all the residents. It feels like home and a great atmosphere for your loved ones. It’s been a year since my parents passed away and I still keep in contact with Elvia, Hurley and the other girls At the house. I still go to the Christmas party every year.

  My mother n law is living here and very happy! The staff cares for her very well. The facility is always clean anytime I stop in unexpectedly. I will rate this Austin House a Five Star on how they care for each resident. The owners are always stopping in to check on things.

  My mom has been resident,at the Austin house for a year and a half now. The staff is very professional,friendly,caring. The house is always spotless,and clean. Everything is well maintained,there's always the smell of fresh home cooking in the air. Ownership are 5 star,and only a phone call away. No
