I usually sell my own properties, but my home at 9405 Post Road in Odessa was unique. I interviewed 4 agents and chose Chris because he could quantify the "feel" of the home. There were no comps that were similar to my place. Less-experienced real estate agents saw the property as the typical 4 bed/3 bath, and didn't take into consideration the exquisite upgrades and unique features.
