The woman working (sorry forgot her name) when I went in to rent my storage unit was absolutely wonderful. Somehow my reservation got canceled but she got me into the unit I was looking for. It was a busy morning and she went above and beyond to help everyone including me at the facility that morning. I was having a rough morning but left with a smile on my face (you never know what someone is going through and a smile goes a long way)Thank you. 😊

We moved our furniture into the storage facility just yesterday and were so impressed with the attributes of the building. It was the cleanest of any storage building we'd seen; it felt very secure and was well-lit; also, Deena in the front office was a delight and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Dena was awesome. She was very helpful and made sure my storage space needs were met without any stress…Wish everyone was like her with customer service. She would be a great person to use as a trainer to instruct others on great quality customer service!

As a busy professional and president of local chapter, I really appreciate the courtesy extended to us as we needed to find a new storage facility. Extra space storage has been a great find and the staff (with new manager Dena included ) has been a good fit.
