    I am updating my review so that this reflects the awesome service from Marco and Junior. I (Briana Coleman) had the pleasure of working with Marco whom helped me get into a very well maintained 2013 chevy equinox.

    I first found out about GTO through my mom whom also purchased her vehicle here 1 day before me this week. I was initially shocked in a good way at how easy the process is to obtain a vehicle when helping my mom pick out her vehicle. Junior was my mom's sales guy. He is very personable and really brought his sales experience and friendly personality to show this business cares about your car needs and not just the dollar amount. So I of course had to get a vehicle too.

    The day after my mom purchased her vehicle, I met with Marco. He is very attentive to detail, friendly, personable and you can tell he also enjoys making sure you are satisfied before you leave the car lot just like Junior. I appreciate how fast and easy this entire process was starting with picking the vehicle to fit my family needs all the way to the paperwork to sign and drive happily. I am very pleased with the financial side of things as its very good to know i dont have to pay an additional interest fee... In fact no one does when you in house finance here.

    I appreciate the additional time Marco took to help ensure my vehicle is road ready the day after purchase as it only had 1 minor thing that was able to be easily fixed. Although my vehicle was financed "as is" they do have additional coverage options available reasonably priced.

    The best part? GTO even has an on-site mechanic so you can feel confident they take care of everything they have on the lot from both low to high mileage. I appreciate the mechanic working on a few things for me too as the service turn around time is very quick.

    Overall 5 stars plus a huge thank you to both Marco and Junior for having such good pride to uphold GTO as a company as it is family owned and operated. This "IS" the best place to get your vehicle from hands down and you will not be disappointed.

    Overall excellent place to purchase a vehicle! There was no haggling or trying to pull by tooth and nail to get me to buy like other dealerships. I was able to take my time and ask all my questions to make an informed decision. My daughter even purchased her car from GTO Auto Sales. The owners son who is called Junior was and is AWESOME! He has a great personality. Marco was and is great! If you are looking for friendliness and attentiveness, GTO is the way to go!

    @Misty Tyson,
    Given that you are divulging some public statements that seem to me to be completely inexact, about my person and the dealership, I need to publicly mention a few facts related to this matter.

    - I clearly explained you that having a clean title doesn't always mean that a car is free of accidents from past owners, and I explained that to you in front of your daughter. Please ask her, she should remember. I have never told you that the car was "accidents free", in fact I did show you the Carfax report on the car you purchased. You saw the report, and the accidents that it showed from the past. I also informed you that it was a clean title, which is true, as you can verify in your title.

    - I never said that there wasn't anything wrong with the car. In fact, by courtesy we replaced the rear brakes and rotors at our cost, even tho the condition of the sales was "AS IS", and disclosed you the airbag code that our computer was showing (I sent a picture of that to your phone). We even help you by picking up your car from your job to bring it to finish courtesy repairs at our shop, and brought it back to your job. When we dropped your car off, you said you were taking care of the airbag light at Nissan yourself, and that's the last thing we understood from you about that matter.

    - You purchased your vehicle on Wednesday February 26 2020. Until yesterday, March 5 2020 (10 days after), we kept good standing communications between business and customer, via phone texts and Facebook messenger, until before you came to pick up your title in person. Until that moment, we have never heard of any additional complains/dissatisfaction from you for the airbag light matter. We just learned from you yesterday, for the first time, about a transmission code that you say you got at Nissan.

    - What I also did hear from you yesterday, March 5 2020, was a mix of some personal insults and threats, that really surprised me since, in my opinion, we were in good standings. I was under the impression that you were happy because of the level of service that we provided, that you said you were leaving a good review on us when we drop off your car after fixing it at your job. But then just from nowhere, yesterday 10 days after, in front of a delivery driver, a customer that was happily picking his car up from our shop, and a locksmith, you started to accuse me and the dealership, saying all kinds of things and insults, instead of using courtesy to see if we can help you further. You didn't even let me answer you and then you left.

    - We normally are open to hear from our customers, and as many people know, we give the extra mile when trying to take care of them. Your behavior yesterday was poor to present a complain. You also harassed me with false claims via text, and started a defamation campaign of your own. All of this makes me think that you are just really trying to "get something else" at court. I personally don't see any honesty in what you are doing.
