Great place. Awesome manager, excellent service. One of the more secure storages spaces. This place has secured entrances to the buildings even after you get in. Which is huge. I had another unit that was broken into, not at this location. If you’re going to rent a unit make sure the site has secured entrances going into the facilities and also the secondary into the buildings itself. But this place has been awesome! Thanks you

If you need storage that is inexpensive, clean and well managed Extra Space storage is fantastic! The manager at my facility in Irvine CA, Kevin, even reversed a charge when I moved out sooner then I expected!! He was very professional, helpful and kind, could not recommend more. Jordi

My experience with Kevin and Mike at the storage facility on Burroughs in Irvine has been trouble-free and flawless. I've never had a problem entering or leaving the facility. The manager and area manager have always been responsive and helpful. This is not a point to be overlooked since so many people in “customer service” don't seem to comprehend the concept. I've relocated from Orange County to Los Angeles County and management offered a prorated monthly fee to help me save! Now, that's good community service!

My first meeting with Dr. Dukes was after I had hip replacement surgery in S September 2020. I had 5 weeks of physical therapy but was still having to use a cane to walk. Our first meeting surprised me because right after I walked in, she came out of her office to greet me personally! Never in my life had I experienced a doctor greeting me! When my appointment time came, she met me in her exam room and we basically had a sincere friendly chat about "how could she serve me". That was the beginning of a truly trustful relationship. Now three months later under her care and healing hands, I am walking not only without a cane but also with no pain,
no limp and walking a mile a day which was one of my goals!
Dr. Dukes caring, healing touch has blessed me physically and emotionally. I am forever in her debt.

I injured my lower back about 11 years ago, I have have had multiple steroid injections over the years, I have back surgery and I still suffered with back pain. I have been a patient of Dr. Dukes for only 2 weeks I feel so better. Most days I have little or no pain. Thank you Dr. Dukes and her wonderful staff!
