Desperate for housing, we reached out to Leslie (office Mgr.) and explained our situation. Later that afternoon Pat the owner of All Ready Property had reached out to offer us a rental. When we arrived we saw the manufactured home that would end up being our home. Pat and his crew were working hard on refurbishing and updating the place. Pat has good manners, professional skills and experience in remolding homes. We discussed the potential of the property and went over the terms. The following day, after making the deposit and filled out application, we received a phone call congratulating us on our new place!
I feel a very warm welcome Both Leslie and Pat are really compassionate. If I understood correctly they manage close to 300 homes. I feel that this will be a great year in our new home.
