Claire is very experienced and professional, and able to set up training sessions to address specific needs. The sessions always vary in exercises and never grow repetitious. We've enjoyed Claire personally very much, and that helps us to be consistent with her program for us.

I have been training one on one with Claire for 3 months. Not only have I lost weight, but my body has become stronger and leaner thanks to her variety of exercises that she has me complete each session. Claire has a positive, energetic and upbeat personality that makes you want to work out to the best of your ability every time you are with her.

I love her private gym, it is spotless and I feel very safe when I am there. Claire has a great array of music to keep you motivated and the time passes very quickly.
