Uptown Suites Extended Stay Tampa FL - Riverview

I booked a room for one night knowing that we would be cooking for my girlfriend and even with a full fridge and cook top there was nothing to cook with or eat on (no dishes at all). When I went to the front desk, they said that they didn't offer that any longer.

The bed and room temperature were very comfortable, but the shower left more to be desired. The water pressure wasn't very good (although the water was warm) and the shower floor still had a few pieces of hair.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful within their power.

Lastly, the east stairwell carpet smelled heavily of dog urine, especially with the heat.

Shannon assisted my husband & I . I believe that’s his name hopefully I’m not mistaken. He was so nice & professional. He definitely deserves to work in a setting such as this. The room is decent especially for the price especially for an extended stay. I don’t see people hanging out & that’s what I appreciate. The staff is very welcoming. The area is a good location to find everything your looking for. Definitely give them a try.
