I went in to purchase a few items for my irrigation system that were broken. I worked with one of your representatives, George which was very helpful. He not only assisted me with finding what I needed but one of the items was not broken and he helped me fix the issue with it. I appreciate his experience and helpfulness and will be a return customer because of his truthfulness telling me the other item was not broken and fixing it.

I’m a dilettante when it comes to home improvement and I went in there having no clue what I was doing on a DIY project. I got so much help!!! What a great place with awesome
Customer service!!!

No other words than wonderful!! Went here to look at a smoker for my husbands Birthday / Christmas gift. Had the most amazing customer service experience from George (who sounds just like Morgan Freeman)! Not only did he know everything about the products but he was very personable- like a family friend! It felt like the good ole days where a business cares about you as a customer and not just completing a sale.

After leaving to do more holiday shopping, we came back to the store. This time we were greeting by another wonderful associate named Rosie. We told her that we were now going to upgrade to the larger smoker and were fortunate enough to use our military discount. Rosie and George completed our purchase loaded it in the car and we left smiling!

Definitely going to be back here before considering a big box store. Hats off to this store and its awesome associates!
