Extremely professional and efficient company. I had a recurring squirrel problem in my attic. Sean and Mike arrived right on time and spent close to 6 hours inspecting every inch of my roof and gutters, and sealed off the entry points where the squirrels were getting in. I can’t stress enough how professional and meticulous these guys were. When I thought I heard something again in the attic a few days later, they came back the very next day to check on the issue (The squirrels were trying to get back in and we’re running along the gutter/roof but were unsuccessful due to the great work of Sean and Mike). I highly recommend this company! If you have any pest issues they will do whatever it takes to fix it for you!

I recently purchased a home with a very large oak tree in the front of it. It's beautiful but brought with it the home of 5 (counted at one time) squirrels. They unfortunately made it into my attic so I asked around for a company who could help. A friend of mine that I trust recommended this company.
I honestly couldn't be happier with the service and how professional the gentlemen were. I value punctuality above a lot of other things and they were 5 stars in that regard as well. I was given a window of 3-3:30 and they were at my door at 3:05.

Overall a pleasant experience in a time where a pleasant experience is rare.

This past summer the Lantern Flies were so bad we couldn’t sit in our backyard without having them constantly landing on us. It was so bad we didn’t even want to use our pool. A friend of mine recommended Superior and even though they are in Staten Island they came to my home in Old Bridge NJ. They eliminated the issue almost completely with their first visit. It was a remarkable difference. After the second treatment we didn’t see a single living Lantern Fly for the remainder of the summer. The tech was polite and extremely knowledgeable. While at my home they also got rid of the battalion of ants marching through my kitchen and found out where they were coming in so I wouldn’t have the same issue next summer.
I highly recommend Superior Pest Elimination. The customer service is wonderful and so is the staff. You won’t regret it.

My experience with this facility was great. I was greeted by the front desk staff and the young lady that checked me in was very pleasant. I was seen in a timely manner and the nurse and doctor that attended to me were very nice and thorough.

Showed up with a sick 2 year old 15 mins before they closed. They were SO fast. Swabbed him for flu, got results, and send with a script in 15 mins. SO efficient! Would definitely pick them again in the future. They also gave him juice and told him how cute his boots were. They really hyped him up and made him smile. Such a fun group of workers. 🥰

I had a great experience. I had made an online appointment, and was seen by a medical professional within 15 minutes of my appointment time. The worst pay was doing the intake forms, and I recommend sending a link for patients to complete prior to arrival. I was treated respectfully, bya professional staff, and received medication that has already started working. I've been to other urgent cares where I waited over 4 hours that are close to this one. Kudos!

Let me start by saying that I don’t have insurance and have been to a bunch of urgent care facilities in the past due to not having a primary care. This is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care facility!

I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurse who took my vitals to the doctor were incredibly polite, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns. The doctor listened to my concerns and didn’t invalidate them the way other doctors have at other urgent cares that I’ve been to. I was fairly confident about what my symptoms meant and he agreed, and was quick to get me the medication I needed. It was an incredibly fast, efficient, and pleasant experience.

I will never be going to an AdventHealth urgent care facility again. TGH FastTrack (especially this location) is the way to go!

The staff working here nurses, dr, and front reception are all AMAZING! Super kind and compassionate team that made me feel very comfortable during a very trying time. I will return to this location for all future needs. Thank you to everyone last night they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I’m forever grateful.
