The vibration plate seems like an easy workout but believe me when I say it is NOT! The plate is truly helpful with clients who have not so great knee strength, such as my self. My sessions include a 45 minute workout with intervals of time on the plate along with coordinating exercises on a row machine for example or interval exercises off of the plate. My sessions are powered with moves that challenge me, this makes it a FUN workout as well. “Mike was a God send for me and my family. He was more then a caregiver to my 89yr young father he became a friend. He came every other Sunday to shave and shower my father and they would talk guy talk (sports and things) which my father loved lol. Which gave me time to vacuum and dust and other things that need to be done around the house. He would also come and assist me with taking him to doctors appointments (no matter where the appointments were at). Towards the end of my father's life Mike would come once a day to help me change and clean him (my husband would help me at night)without Mike I do not believe that my father would have been able to stay at home as he wished.”

The most incredible, awesome group fitness, and (my addiction) spin instructors. Just had a Les Mills RPM class with Dinah. Man Oh Man!.. I told her that it was the longest 45 minutes of my year!
