(December 27, 2018, 3:00 pm)I live in Chattanooga ten and ordered a Christmas topiary for my aunt in thonotosassa Florida. Do not use this company they will rip you off!!!!! When my aunt sent me a picture of what was delivered I was astounded. It was nothing like pictured on line in fact I would not have paid 45.00 for this junk. I was extremely disappointed and of course they never answer the phone. What a rip off. I will never order anything from them and will make sure I post this everywhere I can again do not use this company. I had to give one star because it would not let me give less! UPDATE:The owner Pat just called and assured me that the flowers sent were just to fill in until the shop was open after Christmas. I was not informed of this until today and I was told that the flowers I had originally ordered would go out today after the holidays. I will wait until a picture is sent to me to update this review. UPDATE: The owner has sent a picture of the arrangement and it is exactly how it should have been. She was very apologetic for the miscommunication. The miscommunication is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. However, if I need flowers in the future in the Brandon area I will use this florist again. Thank you again for being attentive to the needs of a customer from out of state.
