Lazydays RV Crown Club

We just bought a 2021 Thor Venetian, this is one of the amenities here!

I'm writing this after having been here more than a week. I'm still extremely happy with our new coach, however: you have a man in your Crown Club that has been smug and borderline rude every time I have ordered food. He never smiles and he doesn't seem to like being there and that's not an asset to your company. Everyone else has been wonderful, smiling and very pleasant to deal with. I'm no longer comfortable with going to get food so my husband is going, however he is experiencing the same thing from this man.

Christine was amazing! She helped get our camper ready and went above and beyond! Our process went fairly smooth. I wouldn't recommend our salesman. It's a very nice and huge place with so many campers to choose from. We will be back when it's time to trade again!!

Great inventory selection but you can't get to it to look and we hung out for quite a while and nobody even said hello.
