Dr Ignatius is awesome. While I was going through a hard time medically she did everything to help me. She coordinated with my other doctors all tests and results. I have so much respect for her. She spent time with me and explained everything clearly.

Dr Ignatius and her team are phenomenal. During my cancer diagnosis My surgeon at Moffitt recommended Florida Cancer institute for my chemotherapy. I am so grateful for that to recommendation. Dr Ignatius is professional, compassionate, and thorough. My sister was my caregivers. Due to covid-19 she was not able to attend my visits. Dr Ignatius recommended calling her for each session. If I did not have my sister on the phone by the time Dr Ignatius came in, she would ask where's Katie let's call Katie. She remembered her name she made sure that her team remembered my sister's name and that they should be sure to keep my sister informed of my progress and results. It is unfortunate that I encountered my diagnosis but I am forever grateful for having Dr Ignatius and her team as caregivers and thankful to have met her. She is a phenomenal physician but even more so a fabulous compassionate person.

I’m very thankful for the knowledge and care Dr. Ignatius gave my mom. Thanks to her my mother is now a cancer survivor! Dr. Ignatius is extremely professional, thorough, and truly cares about her patients and their family. She’s great with answering questions as well.

There are not enough words in the English language to describe all that Dr. Ignatius has done for my family. Our daughter, at only 27 years old, developed stage four pancreatic cancer and through the 11 months of her treatment and her death, Dr. Ignatius was beside us every step of the way.

She is professional in every way but also very personal. In the midst of our grief and agony, she encouraged us to live each day, especially the good ones ,and this advice, though it may seem obvious, is almost impossible to fathom when you go through cancer that is in the end stages. Without her words of encouragement and her devotion and diligence to not only our daughter but our family, I can say that we lived those 11 months with joy alongside our pain. We could not of done this without the words and excellent care by Dr. Ignatius.

Professionally, she used every resource she had and was able to save our daughter from her initial hospitalization that would have ended in her immediate death by doing all the right things and giving her 11 more months of life. Eleven more months to have the wedding that she had planned, to be able to go on a honeymoon that she had always dreamed of. To be surrounded by family and friends.

Cancer, horrible disease that it is, gives you something that a sudden accident or other unknown event does, it gives you time. Time to say the things that you should’ve always said, time to love and to give and to be together.

Without Dr. Ignatius’ incredible knowledge in her field and all of the options available to someone with pancreatic cancer combined with her words of wisdom end of hope, we would not have had the time we did with our daughter which was very precious and we cherished every day.
