(November 29, 2021, 8:15 am)It been a pleasure being a resident at the Avenue for the past 15 months. The community is very nice, clean, and quiet. Management is always on top of things, and maintenance is always done on time. Love it here!

(April 2, 2021, 3:13 pm)I've been a resident for about 4 months and I can honestly say these are the nicest apartments I've ever stayed in! it's super quiet, super clean, maintenance request are SUPER FAST and the manager Mark is ALWAYS super friendly and answers questions I may have. I would definitely recommend moving here!!
